1. The service

MorningPick helps you organize clothing, record outfits, request AI suggestions and prepare resale descriptions. Accounts currently require approval. Registration does not guarantee immediate access.

The service is operated by MorningPick AB, a Swedish limited company registered under organisation number 559594-1864, with postal address c/o Börjesson, Gamla Flackarpsvägen 2, 245 61 Staffanstorp, Sweden. For service questions, contact support@morningpick.eu.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16, provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s authorization to enter into these terms, obtain it. Contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You can correct your name, update your email and manage security in Account.

3. Sharing your wardrobe

Use the sharing feature to let other approved accounts browse your wardrobe. Do not share passwords. Treat invite links as private: anyone with a valid link and an approved account can connect. Replacing or disabling a link stops new connections; existing access must be revoked separately. Revocation cannot remove independently saved copies or public image URLs. 4. Your content

You keep the rights you hold in your uploads. You authorize us to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide your requested features, including chosen sharing and AI processing. Upload content you are entitled to use. Avoid identifiable third parties, private documents and payment details. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, distribute malware or bypass access controls.

5. AI assistance and estimates

Garment descriptions, suggested outfits and listing drafts may be generated by Groq models. They can contain mistakes, unsupported details or unsuitable combinations. Review and correct results before relying on or publishing them. Suggested resale prices are approximate; impact and CO₂ figures are estimates and are not product certifications, lifecycle assessments or proof of emissions avoided.

You can use manual wardrobe features. AI output does not transfer any third-party rights to you, and we do not guarantee uniqueness or that a generated listing is suitable for a particular marketplace.

6. Resale and external services

MorningPick can help prepare a listing; it does not conclude the sale or process payment. Third-party marketplaces have their own conditions. You remain responsible for accurate descriptions, the item’s condition, applicable consumer and tax obligations, and completing any sale. External links and image search results do not imply endorsement or permission to reuse an image.

7. Privacy

The privacy notice explains data handling, AI providers, image visibility and your rights. Accepting these terms or acknowledging the notice is not blanket consent to processing. Optional location-based weather can be left off.

8. Availability, changes and suspension

Features may change and outages can occur. We aim to communicate material service changes with reasonable notice. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, security threats or legal obligations; urgent measures may precede notice. Contact support to challenge an account restriction. Access to rights requests remains available even if your account is awaiting approval or restricted.

9. Responsibility and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies and applicable data-protection rights. The service’s limitations and AI uncertainty do not override those rights. There is no automatic zero-liability cap simply because the service is free, and no blanket indemnity imposed on consumers.

10. Leaving MorningPick

Download your records or delete your account in Account. Deletion is irreversible once completed. If you cannot sign in, follow the deletion instructions. Active records and files are removed through the account-deletion workflow; backup, cache and legally necessary retention are covered by the privacy notice.

11. Updates and disputes

Material changes will be presented before taking effect where required. A new agreement or consent will be sought where legally necessary. Mandatory law and consumer jurisdiction rights remain applicable; these terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or deprive you of protections available in your country of residence.
